This combined Golden Aviation preparation program includes the complete training curricula for FCC Elements 1 and 3. Complete Element 1 first, followed by Element 3. Scored course assessments require 90%. Course completion and FCC licensing are separate outcomes. Element 1 curriculum Deep FCC Element 1 preparation covering all 24 key topics in maritime radio law, operating procedures, distress/urgency/safety communications, VHF/MF-HF equipment operation and associated safety equipment. Includes 144 topic-mastery questions, four relevant videos, detailed lessons/slides, a 24-question readiness simulation, remediation, course evaluation, certificate and badge. Element 3 curriculum Comprehensive FCC Element 3 preparation aligned to the current 100-subtopic commercial General Radiotelephone question pool. Includes 17 deep 3-A–3-Q lessons, detailed slide resources, relevant technical videos, 100 six-question topic mastery banks with keyed remediation feedback, a separate 100-question final at the official 75% pass standard, ungraded evaluation, certificate and completion badge. The FCC does not publish a universal test-session time; candidates follow their authorized COLEM instructions. Course completion does not itself issue the GROL.
